Riverside Construction is proud to be a certified CHBA Adaptiv Home Specialist. Adaptiv Home is a renovation approach focused on thoughtful home modifications that accommodate life’s changes. Whether you’re navigating an injury, disability, progressive condition, mobility change, or wanting to age in place, Adaptiv Home renovations are specifically designed to provide independence, dignity, and peace of mind.

Projects can include bathroom layouts, improved access to key areas of the home such as entries, kitchens, and living spaces, or changes that help reduce tripping hazards. Fixtures, flooring, and lighting are also considered.
