Project Details
Purchased with the intent of a full renovation, we worked with our clients on planning this project prior to them owning the home. The details of the fully reimagined space were carefully thought out and planned. Both the main and second floors were fully gutted and feature completely new layouts.
On the main floor a 250sq ft addition was added to create space for the open concept kitchen and dining area. Many walls were either moved or removed in order to open up the space and create a more functional layout. Finishing highlights include oversized dining and kitchen space, creation of luxurious butlers pantry and mudroom space, herringbone hardwood floors, quartz countertops and backsplash.
Major layout changes are also part of the second floor work. The home was converted from a four bedroom to a 3 bedroom home in order to create a private principle suite with walk in closet and ensuite. Finishings highlights include custom steam shower, beautiful bathroom floor tile inlay, large custom walk in closet, and a glass tile tub surround.
